During ICREGA’16, the participants will profit several diverse and attractive social activities. Half-day skiing/snowshoeing trip at the Ballon d’Alsace will be included in the registration fees besides the welcome reception, and a conference banquet.
Skiing/ snowshoeing trip at the Ballon d’Alsace
On Tuesday 9th February 2016, the conference participants will enjoy an attractive afternoon trip at the Ballon d’Alsace with 3 activities at choice:
- Nordic skiing (classic or skate skiing),
- Biathlon skiing,
Friendly instructors from the French skiing school (Ecole du Ski Français), www.esf-ballon-dalsace.com, will guide ICREGA’16 participants. All the activities are convenient to skiing-beginners until experts.
The Ballon d’Alsace is located north of Belfort at 1 hour by bus. The conference organizing commitee will take the responsibility of the participants booking (two-way bus, ski equipment rental, ski pass, instructors, and the participant obligatory insurance).
The participant’s activity during the half-day social event should be identified during the registration process through the specific selection rubric. Earliest activity choice gives the opportunity to ICREGA’16 organizing committee for providing a trip of significant quality.

The conference banquet will be held on Tuesday 9th February 2016 evening at the Atria Hotel at Belfort downtown.
